Overall Job Purpose – What is this role here to do?

Assisting the Merchandiser in the formation of Project Briefs to form part of the plan for global merchandise solutions, supporting the process of MTO (Made to order) product development helping with preparation for sales meetings, presentations and samples. Creating product codes and barcodes, keeping product data base up to date for visibility of development to the business and product set up for raising purchase orders. Maintaining the back catalogue of samples in the roller racking for use by the sales and development teams.  This role will cover all brands and ranges that will be sold as Made to Order.

The Assistant to the MTO Merchandiser will assist in gathering the data to back up the merchandise briefs. You will work with guidance from the packaging designer on creating PDF’s of MTO product and presentations of research.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Weekly

  • Maintaining the sample library in the roller racking
  • Help to create MTO project briefs alongside the MTO merchandiser and sales team
  • Overseeing the creation of the product and carton barcodes
  • Posting samples out to customers and other W&W offices for MTO opportunities
  • Assisting the Petit Collage team with setting up general product data; such as commodity codes, product codes, test report and barcodes etc.

Monthly

  • Ensuring the product data base is up to date and accurate by Creating monthly report to highlight misinformation on the new product data base

Knowledge Areas

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with Razor, W&W product database, Sage,

Desirable:

  • MS office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The use of product data in associated systems

EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES / SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Overall Job Purpose –   What is this role here to do?

To assist the Export sales team with administration & customer services and the ability to cover other areas of sales administration for annual leave. Predominately working with French accounts so needs to be fluent in French

In all areas of the administration function we aim to constantly improve the way in which processes or tasks are performed, as such we expect all team members to contribute towards this goal. The core areas of responsibility for this role are broken down into the main three sections below:

Customer Services:

  • Answering customer queries regarding orders and products via email and phone calls where necessary for Export customers.
  • Provide our customers (stockists) with an efficient courteous point of contact within the company and deal with their queries in an efficient courteous manner, where possible, to both party’s satisfactory resolution, following company guidelines.
  • Liaising with the warehouse with regards to orders, customer queries and returns/replacements. Raise credit note or replace faulty goods for trade enquiries.
  • Investigate missing goods from deliveries & take appropriate action and use exceptions login for undelivered parcels

 

National / Regional Accounts:

  • Processing orders/Forecasts/Back orders.
  • Completing new line forms

 

General Sales Team Admin:

  • Maintenance and archive of orders and company information
  • Answering/ forwarding all ‘member of public’ enquiries in the Export territories ie: general product enquiries, reports of damaged items to be passed to customer services.
  • Responding to queries regarding orders/samples/invoices/images as they arise
  • Dispatch and logging of samples
  • Answering phones in the office and assisting customers/ fielding calls where necessary
  • Web order Processing
  • New Sales Leads (Entry/Delegation/initial screening)
  • Supporting the Export sales team.
  • Add customs data to orders.
  • Create Photo Quotes of ranges and respond to quote requests from customers.
  • Updating our CRM system (Workbooks).
  • New Account Set Up (WB/CRM/Website setup)
  • Completing all requested spreadsheets for customers including but not limited to providing barcodes, product information, basic testing information, and customs info.

  • With the Export sale Executives, the Export Sales Director, the Warehouse and UPS

The purpose of the Creative Artworker is to prepare and deliver print ready artwork for both product and packaging.

The purpose of the Creative Artworker is to prepare and deliver print ready artwork for both product and packaging.

Specifically delivering the art working brief set by the Product Manager/Designer, ensuring files are print ready, to the correct template and specification, mocked up when necessary and uploaded to the supplier.

Day to Day the Creative Artworker works closely with the Designers and in conjunction with Head of Design, Head of Product Development and Head of MTO to deliver print ready files for green seal samples that are in- line with the CP and vision of the Creative Director.  The Creative Artworker also works closely with the Head of Design to ensure they are working to an assigned time frame for each project that is in line with the business goals.

Overall Job Purpose – what is this role here to do?

  • The Creative Artworker is responsible for art working and designing against briefs/objectives for the brands across Wild and Wolf catalogue and MTO.  Providing skilled and technically precise input and support to the Creative team and the design studio as a whole. The role of a Creative Artworker is a highly skilled and diverse one, with tasks ranging from touching up typography and photo re-touching to complex and precise packaging artworks along with product artwork and specifications.
  • Under the leadership of the Head of Design / Designers the Creative Artworker is responsible for the artworking of assigned packaging and product, to be accurate, considered and to be the best that it can be in terms of quality and commerciality, to achieve our business goals. 
  • The Creative Artworker is a pivotal role in our teams and studio.  You will support and empower the Creative Design team with innovative and authentic artwork/design work and production support including: technical support, packaging and product artworking, die lines, producing mock ups. You will also support compliance in terms of languages, warnings etc.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Become the key support for the Design and Development Teams.
  • Build and deliver accurate, creative, innovative and consumer targeted results.
  • Help to consider new concepts in the brand/packaging/product.
  • Support development of prototypes in-house and through our suppliers. Give clear details for material/finish requirements and size and colour palettes.
  • Present all relevant work with information at hand for decisions to be made on both, final artworks sign off.
  • Support the Product Manager in artworking/Designing to cost – understand the impact of cost in every aspect of the product and work within the constraints of cost.
  • Executes against Brand Standards, while maintaining Brand consistency through evolution
  • A creative artworker’s role often grows to include providing artistic work/direction on projects and help with strategic planning. Due to your keen eye for detail and meticulous work, you will enable Wild & Wolf to launch a strong output of original content.

Your role in the design process:

  • Using the objectives set by the Head of Design, assist with the day to day running of projects. For example, keeping track of projects to ensure key dates are met whilst keeping the Product Managers/designers informed.
  • Drive artwork sign off.
  • Ensure that all artwork activities are within the agreed CP calendar deadlines and are in line with signed off creative direction.
  • Ensure proper communication between Head of Design, Product Managers, Artworkers and Designers, throughout the entire process.
  • Work towards more efficient ways of working and help solve where appropriate packaging issues such as construction/material/size/quality issues in collaboration with the packaging designer and development team.
  • Create and maintain all artwork/design records including product & packaging artwork boards.
  • Effective daily communication with internal departments on line related issues towards positive solutions and decisions.
  • Responsible for following up on all actions from meetings.
  • To be an expert with software techniques. Being flexible enough to learn more about unfamiliar areas of brand or direction is often a necessary requirement.
  • Creative artworkers are also expected to be the main point of contact for the artwork department of the studio, as well as to work closely with the team as a whole to follow designs and artworks from their conception to final sign-off.
  • Work with the Head of Design to meet any replen artworking needs.

Amazon Account Manager

As Amazon Account Manager your main responsibility will be to manage Wild & Wolf’s portfolio of premium design-led Gift and Lifestyle products on the Amazon EU platform, ensuring long term sales and profit growth.

Working closely with our Online Key Account Manager you will be responsible for every aspect of the Amazon account from new product onboarding to monitoring sales and product performance, handling POs to ensure on-time delivery, full stock management and forecasting, owning the catalog and optimising content to drive sales using data and analytics tools to shape marketing decisions.

Day-to-day you will be office based and a key member of our Sales Department generating revenue for the Company, effective communication across all internal departments will be key to your success.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Manage online brand experience on Amazon including: content management, A+ content, title/copy/product descriptions/keywords optimisation, marketing programs, product setup through Vendor Central.
  • Build strong relationships with Vendor Managers to successfully develop Wild & Wolf’s products and brand portfolio on Amazon.
  • Maintain positions in the buy box and understand the Brand Registry program.
  • Manage all administration related to management of the Amazon account, handling orders, working closely with Finance and Logistics to minimise Chargebacks and other platform specific KPIs.
  • Drive the business, implement and nurture profitability in line with key metrics to hit the required sales targets and desired profit margins.
  • Develop and communicate Amazon business results to the company and customer, identifying insights and actions to improve business performance. You will be the “expert” on Amazon and the ways of doing business acting as a reference point for the business reporting to our Senior Management Team.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to provide leadership on SEO and support the development of digital marketing campaigns aligned to the commercial and brand strategy.
  • Analyse product trends and make recommendations based on data driven analysis, using data to make decisions on promotional activity.
  • Ensure in depth market knowledge and analysis, in order to establish pricing strategy and quantify the key opportunities for growth.
  • Regular forecasting and review of order book to ensure Inventory Managers and Commercial have visibility of demand and your orders are fulfilled.
  • Act as an ambassador for Wild & Wolf and our product portfolio.

Knowledge Areas

  • A minimum of 2 years working in an e-commerce role.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a must and knowledge in PPC management (Amazon Sponsored Product and AMS).
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce sites, digital advertising platforms, multi-channel retail and experience merchandising.
  • Analytical and strategic, understanding the strength of using facts for decisions.
  • Experience within Gift or a similar consumer product sector would be advantageous together with knowledge and understanding of the UK non-food retail industry.
  • Excellent IT skills, specifally Excel and MS Office to intermediate level and CRM systems
