VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Photographer & Videographer, who can produce high quality product & lifestyle photography, and video content for multi-platform distribution across a diverse number of brands and product categories.

FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner, brimming with financial and accounting skills and a confidence to liaise and communicate with senior business managers clearly (without technical jargon). Working closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams, it is a varied role where you’ll find yourself providing financial insight and decision support to achieve profitable growth, as well as leading the financial planning and forecasting.

You’ll be used to using knowledge of customers, risks and opportunities to provide context when analysing data, have a strong business acumen and be able to meet tight deadlines. You’ll proactively manage your time with great organisational skills, as well as analytical skills and be able to initiate, lead and manage projects to improve business results. You’ll have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience of using systems in the workplace, ideally Sage. The role will see you managing the In-House Photographer, as well as collaborating with marketing & design teams.

You will have the knowledge and experience with the equipment for photo and video technologies and as well as excellent Photoshop it Illustrator skills. You’ll need to demonstrate a flexible approach and adapt as the priorities of the team demand. You’ll have the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines. Animation or Motion Graphic skills would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is a clear, concise communicator, with a professional attitude and well-developed interpersonal skills.

TRADE SHOW & EVENTS MANAGER

We’re looking for an organised Trade Show & Events Manager to join the Wild & Wolf pack, at our headquarters in Bath. Working closely with Commercial team this role will report into the Global Head of Marketing. You’ll be responsible for the management of the trade shows as well as the budgets. You will be the key point of contact for not only the business but any 3rd parties that we work with when organising the shows. You will manage and coordinate any pre and post work required for the shows.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with the other offices and external contractors and licensors. You will have a “can do” attitude and works well in a busy, fun environment. 

You’ll need to demonstrate a flexible approach and adapt as the priorities change as well as being extremely organised. You’ll have the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines. You’ll be confident in proposing new ideas and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We’re looking for a AAT qualified (or equivalent) Stock & Cost Accountant to join the Wild & Wolf pack at our headquarters in Bath.

Working closely with various teams, it is a varied role where you’ll find yourself responsible for upkeep of Trade Price lists and compiling customer distribution lists, as well as supporting the Trade Show & Events Manager with tasks to aid the events and attending where needed.

 

You’ll have admin experience and be able to meet tight deadlines. You’ll proactively manage your time with great organisational skills, as well as being able to multitask and prioritise. You’ll have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using systems in the workplace would be ideal. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who pays attention to detail and works well in a busy, fun environment.

As well as needing an understanding of accounting principles around stock and variance accounting, building forecasts and owning the accounting stocks, whilst supported by the Finance Controller, you will be prepared to be involved in transacting processes and covering for the Senior Finance Assistant. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, with a “can do” attitude and works well in a busy, fun environment.

You’ll need to demonstrate a flexible approach and adapt as the priorities of the team demand. You’ll have the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines. You’ll be analytical and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience with ERP/Finance Systems is needed.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive, brimming with confidence to lead the charge in our transformation from a B2B to B2C company. Working closely with internal and external teams, it is a varied role where you’ll find yourself assessing website performance and user experience, as well as leading content creation and managing all social media channels. You will be able to provide analysis and regular platform performance reports to stakeholders with recommendations for improvement.

You’ll have solid copywriting skills, confidence with analytics and using social media tools such as Hoot Suite and be able to meet tight deadlines. Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC email marketing, affiliate programs and social media are exactly what we are looking for. You’ll proactively manage your time with great organisational skills and be able to lead and manage projects to improve results. You’ll have experience in a digital marketing role and direct experience in running social media accounts. TEAM ASSISTANT

We’re looking for an organised Team Assistant to support our Brand & Product Director and Senior Creative Team here at Wild & Wolf. We are looking for someone who is able to multi task and prioritise in a varied role. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple diaries, booking in meetings, preparing presentations and documents for meetings as well as being the first point of contact for the Director's visitors and calls. You’ll coordinate and book all travel for the Creative Department, as well as being the point of contact in the business for managing freelancers, translation requests and IP. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who pays attention to detail and works well in a busy, fun environment.

You’ll need to demonstrate a flexible approach and change gear quickly as events demand. You’ll be methodical in your way of working with a can-do attitude and have the ability to juggle a large workload. You’ll be approachable and proactive with good time-keeping skills. You’ll have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in a PA role.
